Our Missionaries in Southeast Asia Write:
We are utterly convinced that God's work of making Christ known among us is through the countless faithful believers who in obedience and love have had a part. What a blessing to watch this take place over the years. We can never thank all who have participated enough, including the many we do not even know.
PRAISE AND PRAYER
· A Christian local medical team volunteered their week-end to come to serve our village, giving free dental and medical care.
· Local village believers continue to take responsibility to teach both adults and children, traveling up Saturday afternoon and returning Sunday afternoon.
· The conference will go ahead as planned, Lord willing, December 20-22.
· Our country continues to successfully prevent any in-country spreading of Covid.
God graciously spared the life of one of our coworkers' sons-in-law. He was in the mountains after dark, hunting alone when a dead tree broke and fell on his head. He was knocked unconscious, and his head was split open. He reported that God sent two angels who helped him to get up. The brightness of the angels allowed him to walk to his motorbike a ways off and get to his village and to the hospital. Please pray that he may be drawn closer to Jesus through this experience.
So we come to our Lord Jesus, the Giver of Life, knowing He has made us sons of the Father who is caring for us. We come to Jesus the Light, who makes our path clear as we navigate in a dark world. And we find rest!
